About
Betty Wallingford graduated with an MFA in Child Culture Design from HDK-Valand in 2022, and founded her child culture design studio soon after, working to amplify children's perspectives in cultural and city projects. When not working as a project leader within child culture, Betty works as a freelance prop designer and scenographer for theaters and film productions in Sweden. Before coming to Sweden, she worked as a museum researcher and exhibit designer in the United States, including the New York Hall of Science. She earned a bachelors degree in anthropology and music from Wellesley College in 2016.
