Exhibition Design, 2021

An interactive exhibition showcasing the work of Child Culture Designers at HDK-Valand.

At Nääs Slöjd & Byggnadsvård, our task was to create an interactive exhibition about Child Culture Design, highlighting the work of current MFA students at HDK-Valand.

Myself and Amelia Dray served as lead exhibition designers, coordinating with individual artists and staff at Nääs.

The exhibition took place inside the old Nääs gymnasium.

How do we value the existing, historic space, while creating a separate and new exhibit experience?

Floor graphics, wall hangings, and exhibit walls create "spaces within spaces," supporting multiple pathways and flows throughout the space.
